During the last 15 years of my career, I have met numerous Insurance agents. Unfortunately the common character trait among most of them is being too pushy and with a persistent attempt to hard sell something which we don’t need. To avoid this irritation, I usually avoid insurance agents and never purchased any personal policy/medical plans before.

Matt is too different in his approach; he listens to the customer and would only recommend services which a customer really needs. I have happily signed up for a medical plan through him. He has timely helped me during numerous instances, whenever updates of policy details are required.

Matt only proposed insurance policies that I need and could afford. On top of that, he followed up 2 years later with an equivalent plan but with lower premiums. These actions make Matt different from your standard pump-and-dump insurance agents.
